Through a variety of movement competency assessments, musculoskeletal evaluations, and performance testing protocols, I can help you identify your specific movement strengths, deficits, imbalances, and ultimately targets for movement-based treatment and training.

While there are many paths to Rome, what’s important is that we establish a well-crafted and consistently performed movement practice that enhances the quality and capacity of your movement system and moves you closer to your health, fitness, and performance goals.
