| Session 1 = Evaluation We want to know who you are (personal and exercise history), what you want and why (goals, motivations etc.), and how you move (functional movement screen, movement patterns assessment, cardiovascular assessment etc.). Session 2 = Education We want you to know what you are doing (ie. introduce a myriad of exercises to challenge you based on what was learned in the Evaluation session), why you are doing it (exercises are chosen on purpose and with purpose) and how to do it properly (a great program done poorly is counterproductive; keep it simple and do it with confidence!). Session 3 = Integration We want to help you establish a W.O.T. (way of training) that fits your lifestyle. We will design an exercise program that integrates into your busy lifestyle so that you are able to commit to it, own it, and live it. In this session you will learn to execute your customized Exercise Program (usually 4-6 weeks) so that you can perform it with confidence on your own. Your W.O.T. is your W.O.T. and no one else's. Stick to the basics and make it a part of your life! |

in body re-design and performance. Ramp up your efforts in this deliberately short-term and a little sadistic (masochistic on your
part) body transformation program. You will receive 720 minutes of skillfully selected exercise and recovery protocols in 3 weeks
(4 sessions per week).
