We are a company committed to inspiring and facilitating changes in your health, fitness, body appearance and performance. We strive to offer Calgarians effective and safe exercise strategies in a welcoming, clean, and fully-stocked private fitness studio located in the Currie Barracks.

The Playfit Methodology

  1. Evaluation - We want to know who you are, what you want (and why), and how you move
  2. Education - We want you to know what you are doing, why you are doing it and how to do it properly
  3. Integration - We want to help you establish a W.O.T. (way of training) that fits your lifestyle.

The Playfit Advantage

Our Head Trainer and consortium of consultants are all very well educated, professionally certified, and experienced leaders in the fitness and associated health industries (please ask us). You can be sure you are receiving quality instruction in every sense of that word. Don't leave your health in the hands of someone fresh out of high school with a weekend's worth of fitness "education."

"Trainer Extraordinaire! Scott is great! I've been training with Scott for a little over a year, and have lost 93 lbs. in total. I couldn't have done it without him! Thanks, Scott!"
