Movement Practice Upgrade

A regular movement practice that enhances the quality and capacity of your movement system is paramount to your personal and professional effectiveness, presence, and performance, and is the first pillar of our 3 Pillar Praxis.  We created our Group MSB Practices in order to help you improve the manner in which you move, control, and experience your body on a day to day basis, and to lower the most common barriers to participation - time and money.  All of our Group MSB Practices are 45 minutes in length and are often strategically combined together, allowing you to do a short practice more consistently if time is of the essence, or stay for a double session to expand your movement quality and capacity more thoroughly.

We call these classes Practices because it illustrates the importance of intentional, disciplined, and repetitive skill development, and will allow you the opportunity to literally practice moving better using a variety of scientifically researched techniques on a more consistent basis.  Each Practice will focus on enhancing the quality of specific joint structures/body segments (i.e. Upper Extremities) or on whole elements or qualities of your movement system (i.e Mastering Mobility or Metabolic Madness).

Our Group MSB Practices
