A Movement Practice Upgrade

I created a series of Group Training Classes in order to help you improve the manner in which you move, control, and experience your body on a day to day basis, and to lower the most common barriers to participation - time and money.  All of my Group Training Classes are 45 minutes in length and are sometimes strategically combined together, allowing you to do a short practice more consistently if time is of the essence, or stay for a double session to expand your movement quality and capacity more thoroughly.  Each Class will focus on enhancing the quality and/or capacity of certain elements of your movement system (i.e mobility, strength, stamina etc).  

Group Training Classes

With a variety of Group Training Classes to choose from at various times and locations throughout the city, starting a movement practice has never been easier.  You can attend any of our Group Training Classes at any of our locations at any time, by simply clicking on the appropriate link below to book your spot in each class.  You can pay as you go with our Single Class option or purchase a 10 Pass or Monthly Membership of your choice.  Visit our Pricing page for details.

Mastering Mobility

Description:

This Class is dedicated to expanding active, usable, and functional ranges of motion using a variety of evidence guided methods such as foam roll and ball soft-tissue work and Functional Range Conditioning (FRC®) techniques.  FRC® is a systematic approach to the acquisition of mobility - or usable flexibility.

Benefits:

  • Reduction in symptoms associated with muscle and joint stiffness and neuromuscular tension.

  • Progressive tissue adaptation and protection from injury (and rehabilitation from injury).

Strong and Sturdy

Description:

This MSB Practice is dedicated to enhancing your movement system through functional strength and stability training protocols.  Using a variety of methods, tools, and equipment, you will learn to push, pull, squat, lunge, hinge, rotate, and stabilize against various dynamic forces and challenges.

Metabolic Madness

Description:

This MSB Practice is dedicated to supercharging your movement system through metabolically demanding movements and cardiovascular challenges.  This is our high-octane, high-intensity interval training practice guaranteed to elevate your heart rate, oxygen intake, as well as your resilience.
