Our clients come in all shapes, sizes, ages, abilities, and personality types and because of our attention and training in the coaching methodology, we feel confident that we can work with just about anyone.  But that doesn't mean we don't choose favourites!  Seriously, we love working with active, health conscious Calgarians who don't necessarily love to workout, but who understand the importance of proper exercise and nutrition as a means to move, feel, look, think, work, play, and live better.  Because that is what we are like too!  We don't live, breath, eat, and sleep thinking about our next strength training session and how much we are going to bench press.  Our Coaches have Coaches - because we know the importance of accountability, connection, and conversation.  We focus on you, your needs, your goals, and on what keeps you coming back for more.  Our fun, functional, and creative variety of exercises makes your fitness regimen MUCH more exciting and fulfilling, while our knowledge transfer ability (correcting, cueing, and coaching) makes the process more engaging and effective.  So now you might be wondering if you would be a good fit to join our community of clients who eat and train with health and functional performance in mind.  Here is a quick list of questions you might ask yourself to find out:
